This place is GREAT! Friendly, knowledgeable staff with excellent pricing for the job they do! The systems they have are to die for and almost makes me sad I was just in for a repair on a factory antenna.

I called NEXT LEVEL after an air freshener leaked in my car and ruined my radio bezel. I expected a repair to cost over $1,000, but Lee was honest, helpful, and saved me a a lot of money. Instead of pushing an expensive repair, he researched the issue, followed up quickly, and told me I could order the part myself and install it on my own. He also said if I had issues installing it myself, I could bring it in and they would install for me. Good communication, honest advice, and great customer service — even before I became a customer. Thank you, Lee!

We had our touch screen radio/computer repaired for our Subaru. The customer service was Top Notch. We were taking care of professionally and quickly. We will definitely be returning with any other repairs and/or upgrades that are needed. Thanks Next Level!

Next Level was really awesome to work with. The lady we talked to initially was really nice explaining the process, options, and setting up the appointments. She was awesome working up the designs and little tweaks here and there. The installers were really easy to work with and helped us with the options for SeaDek colors, layout, and design options. They installed a new amp, new enclosed tower speakers, and ran new speaker wire + RGB to every speaker so we could add a ShadowCaster RGB controller to our center console boat. Very professional install on everything and I didn't find little cut wires & shielding all over the boat! We've had it for a year since they installed everything and I can't find any flaws in their install. I will be using them again to install a 2nd MFD which will require some redesign of the helm displays and switches. They discovered an issue with the way the original amp was wired and fixed that as well. The only issue I've had was the location I chose to put the speakers at added too much magnetic interference to the GPS + compass on the T-Top. I chose to install a newer compass in the head to get some additional features rather than relocate and patch hol

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have a backup camera and LED lights installed. The team at Next Level are extremely helpful and they guided me in the right direction. Marty did an excellent job and I love my new lights and backup cam. Makes my car feel brand new!! I will definitely be bringing my Jeep back here for my Stereo next!! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance their vehicles.
